As we have met for the past 6 months we have made it our goal to re-imagine the A Bryan Photo brand through the context of the website. Photography is the science, art and practice of creating durable images by recording light or other electromagnetic radiation, either electronically by means of an image sensor, or chemically by means of a light-sensitive material such as photographic film.


Objectives

—As Bryan Johnson becomes more established as a top of mind, A-Class shooter, (both in the Wedding industry and in Lifestyle arena), present A Bryan Photo book as a refined portfolio. I.E. John Dolan, Rodney Smith.

—Better communicate value in Bryan Johnson at A Bryan Photo, clarifying that it is more than film and more than having a team. 

—Solidify brand promise (mission) by implementing distinct client touch points, communications, marketing, and social media. 

—Position ABP to allow growth; making decisions on new potential products and services in light of the new positioning and branding. 

Growth Opportunities

1. Increase perceived value, allowing for higher price. 

2. Focus on profitable services (and on protecting margin)

3. Build a “tribe” around documentation of their family, leading to retention, and long term increase in individual customer value. 

4. Growth of people in the tribe.
