My boys were recently been bitten by the outdoor bug. They have been asking me to take them on an overnight camping trip. I haven’t camped much in my days and I really don’t have the proper equipment to make the experience enjoyable for them. Luckily, I have a brother and close friends who have enough gear to make my boys’ dream a reality. This Fall, a group of us went for the night to a friend’s property a few hours outside of Birmingham.
We had such a blast that we have already been planning our next trip. I bought a bunch of gear over Christmas to be better prepared with our upcoming adventures. I can’t wait for many more through the years.
