A few months ago, my wife Lindsey & I went to the the new Railroad Park in downtown Birmingham with our new dog Penelope. Knowing that she would only be a puppy for so long, we wanted to do a short video of our time there to solidify her into our memories. We brought along the Homemade Films Super 8 camera to capture the running around and relaxing that we have come to associate with both the park and Penelope. Having taken the kit a few times before with us (Our Honeymoon, New York City, Highway 1), we’re starting to develop “Volumes” of our lives to view over and over and pass on to our kids.
