Our Personal Photos from Norway!

Since Ash and I have two small boys, its rare that she is able to travel with me to shoots like she used to. When we found out that I was going to be shooting Kari’s sister’s wedding in Norway (Kari is married to my brother Craig) we began making arrangements for her to join me on the trip. Ash’s mom came to Birmingham for a week to watch the boys while we took our first international trip together in over two years! Here are a few shots of us on the trip, including some pics of our first attempt at cross country skiing! The trip was so great for the two of us to just get away and enjoy a new country together.

Here are a few of Craig and his family that I took (with my LOMO) the day after the wedding, outside the hotel where the reception took place.

Definitely jealous ;-) My mother is Scandinavian and I’ve always planned to go to Norway, Finland, Sweden some day. Got the passport – just still saving up the $$!

Great pics. Beautiful family. Would so not like being married to a photographer…hate having my photo taken. I would probably shove it where the flash don’t shine! Truly wonderful.
