Finally...some images!
We arrived at our hotel about 8 hours ago and I immediately started uploading some images for your viewing pleasure. These are some shots from our first school.
Day One:
Here are some shots of us meeting up with the TOMS crew for the first time. As you can see they are quite a colorful bunch.
Taylor and Ike (Zac joined us on day two) with Blake, the main man in command of the TOMS ship:

This is my new photo buddy Geoff Shively. Are you kidding me, a flippin' sling shot?

Blake's brother Tyler, a full time TOMS supporter:

Blake's mom. Believe me, it truly is a family affair (his pop was there too but I didn't get a photo). How badly do you want that hat?

Our first drop at the Esibonisweni School in the Ingwanuvma district (look it up, I would lie about this stuff).
The kids waiting patiently for their new shoes:

The feet of a Pre-TOMS child:

The feet of a Post-TOMS child:

They were so thrilled to be stylin:

The TOMS crew left today and we are all winding down a bit after the wild rollercoaster ride we were on with them for the past 4 days. What a blast it was. We will truly miss their spunk and vitality. Tomorrow we go on a safari before we hit it hard the rest of the week. On Wednesday and Thursday we will be visiting a school and hospital that the Hanson guys worked with last year and then onto Capetown for the weekend!
Glad to see some Hanson fans checking out the site. Welcome to the A Bryan Photo family.
More to come soon. Stay posted.

This is just WAYYYYY too incredible! Seeing these pictures made me cry my eyes out! It's so amazing how these guys can touch the lives of others that are in such need- on so many levels. Blake is such an inspiration to me! I wish I had a mind like his to think of something as powerful and moving as Toms Shoes. Words can't even begin to express the emotions I feel right now! I can't imagine what it must feel like being there since the pictures have me this worked up!
Thank you for sharing these photos! Pictures really do speak louder than words!

Amazing,That's what your photo's are. The expressions on the faces of both the children getting the shoes and Taylor and Isaac giving them to them are incredible. Bryan, your pictures are incredible! Thank you SO much for allowing us a peek into the great thing that Hanson and Tom's Shoes are doing. I also bought a pair of Tom's Shoes, so I know that one of those pairs of shoes is from me. I am SO proud to be a Hanson fan!
Looking forward to more pictures. Have fun on your safari, and yes, I DO want that hat that Blake's mom is wearing! Perhaps Tom's will eventually have them on their web site for purchase.
Wow, your pictures are truely amazing. It is breathtaking to see what a good thing toms and hanson are doing. You probably didn't think your blog would be invaded by hanson fans, but WE are SO happy to see your documentation of the trip! Tell the guys hi for us, and keep up the AMAZING work!!!!
South Africa is amazing, isn't it? I want to move there and work in the villages that Scott and I visited with our missionary friends. Careful on the safari....almost got eaten by a lion while visiting. really! It nearly made me have a stroke. Took a few hours to unclench after she approached our car with the window down and having the inability to roll it back up. literally frozen with fear. But I do love this ministry. What a cool project!
I got emotional when i saw the photos. Thank you so much for sharing them, Bryan. You guys are awesome!
Wow those are great photos! Thanks for sharing them. TOMs shoes and Hanson are such an inspiration to us all! :)
